What is the microbiome and what helps it flourish?
Your gut microbiome is the collection of trillions of microbes living within your GI tract, many of which are beneficial. If you can improve the health of those good microbes, they can in turn improve your own health.

Diversity is a key factor associated with a healthy intestinal microbiome.
