BPC-157 is a penta-decapeptide composed of 15 amino acids. It is a partial sequence of the body protection compound (BPC) that was discovered in and isolated from human gastric juice. Animal studies have shown it to accelerate the healing of many different wounds, including muscle, tendon and damaged ligaments.

BPC-157 is a peptide chain derived from a naturally occurring protein in the human stomach. It is thought to interact with growth factors and cytokines, which are important signaling molecules that regulate cell growth, differentiation, and inflammation.  It has been shown to stimulate the production of extracellular matrix proteins and promote the growth of new blood vessels, both essential in tissue repair and regeneration. BPC-157 is currently being studied for its potential therapeutic effects on a variety of conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, and other inflammatory conditions.

Copper peptide GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine with a strong affinity for copper(II).  It can also be found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. GHK-Cu is believed to work by binding to copper ions and activating various biological pathways, including the promotion of antioxidant activity, modulation of the immune response, and stimulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. There is good evidence that GHK-Cu is beneficial in wound healing, suppressing free-radical damage, increasing protein synthesis, fighting bacteria, and increasing the health of skin and fibroblasts. It has been found to stimulate collagen production, enhance wound healing, reduce scar formation, and improve skin elasticity. It has also been shown to have a positive effect on hair growth, bone density, and nerve regeneration.
